Добромир Добрев
От ноември 2022 г. Добромир Добрев е избран да изпълнява позицията изпълнителен директор „Корпоративно банкиране“ на ОББ. Той е част от КВС Банк България (предишно име Райфайзенбанк (България) ЕАД) от 2003 г., като през 2005 г. е назначен за началник отдел „Корпоративно банкиране - среден пазар“. От 2006 г. насам, той оглавява KBC Лизинг България. От ноември 2010 до февруари 2013 г. Добромир Добрев е съ-председател на Българската Асоциация за Лизинг.
През 2013 г. става член на УС с ресор „Корпоративно банкиране“, а през 2016 г. е избран за изпълнителен директор „Корпоративно банкиране и капиталови пазари“ на КВС Банк България.
Добромир Добрев е магистър финанси и банково дело от Стопанския факултет на Софийски университет „Св. Климент Охридски”.

Николай Христов
Николай Христов работи в банковата и финансова сфера от 2003 г. Започва кариерното си развитие в Société Générale Експресбанк, като през 2007 г. се присъединява към екипа на Райфайзенбанк (България) в отдел „Големи корпоративни клиенти“. От 2013 г. е управител в Райфайзен Лизинг България и отговаря за продажбите, развитието на клоновата мрежа и отношенията с доставчици. Понастоящем е Главен изпълнителен директор и член на Изпълнителния комитет на ОББ Интерлийз. Член е на управителния съвет на Българската асоциация за лизинг, като за периода 2020-2023г. е съпредседател на асоциацията.
Васил Кошничаров
Завършил е Международни икономически отношения в УНСС. Има специализации в сферата на продажбите, дигиталната трансформация и иновациите.

Изпълнителен директор на ОББ Интерлийз ЕАД
Васил Кошничаров работи в банковата и финансова сфера на Р. България от 2000 г. Започва кариерното си развитие като Кредитен Риск Мениджър в Уникредит Булбанк, като последователно работи в Хеброс Банк и Райфайзенбанк България. От 2006 г. е управител в Райфайзен Лизинг България, а през 2022 г. се присъединява към екипа на ОББ Интерлийз. Понастоящем е Изпълнителен директор на ОББ Интерлийз и член на Изпълнителния комитет на ОББ Интерлийз.
Васил Кошничаров притежава магистърска степен по „Финанси“ от Университета за национално и световно стопанство.

Atanas Botev
Executive Director and Member of the Board of Directors of UBB Interlease EAD since 2010.
His professional path has passed through a variety of expert and managerial positions in the leasing company since 1997 to the present moment. His first job position in UBB Interlease EAD was of Financial Analyst, and before his nomination as Executive Director of the leasing company, he was Director of Portfolio Management.
In his capacity as Executive Director of UBB Interlease EAD, which has been a long-term member of the Bulgarian Association for leasing, Atanas Botev has been a member of the Management Board of BAL since November 2010 and Co-Chairman of the Management Board since February 2013 up to date.
In 1995 Atanas Botev graduated with a master's degree in Planning and Forecasting of Economic Systems at the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. Atanas Botev is certified by the internationally recognized professional qualification CFA (certified financial analyst) since 2016.
Fluent in English.
Desislava Simeonova
Desislava Simeonova holds a Master’s degree in Law. She started her professional career as a legal trainee at Sofia City Court. In 2000 she was appointed as a public enforcement agent at the State Receivables Collection Agency to the Ministry of Finance. Subsequently she also worked as a legal counsel at the Legal Directorate and an expert to the Inspectorate of that same institution.
Over the period 2004 – 2008 she worked as a legal counsel at the Bulgarian National Bank, Banking Supervision Department. She joined the team of CIBANK more than 10 years ago in the Corporate Officer position. Later on she consecutively managed Legal Services and Methodology Directorate and in 2016 she was appointed SME Director, while achieving excellent results in that segment. After the acquisition of United Bulgarian Bank by the Belgian financial group KBC in 2017 Desislava Simeonova took over the function of SME Distribution Director at UBB.
Teodor Marinov
Teodor Marinov has been part of United Bulgarian Bank’s management since June 2010, when he was elected member of the Board of Directors, while holding the position of Executive Manager Corporate Banking of the Bank since September the same year.
After the acquisition of United Bulgarian Bank by the Belgian finance group KBC Group in June 2017, Teodor Marinov has become member of the KBC Country Team in Bulgaria, member of the Management board and Executive Director Legacy of UBB. During the period 2001-2010, he was Executive Director of Interlease EAD and since 2006 has been also involved in the management bodies of the leasing companies of the group of the National Bank of Greece in Romania and Serbia.
His professional development began in 1994 as a Financial Analyst at the Sofia Stock Exchange. In 1995-1997 he worked as a Customer Relationship Manager and Credit Analysis Unit Manager at the Bulgarian Investment Bank AD. From 1997 until 2000 he was Investments Manager in the Balkan Regional Division of the National Bank of Greece.Teodor
Marinov holds Master's degrees in Business Administration from London Business School and in Systems Control from the Technical University, Sofia. He has been a holder of CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) professional designation since 2001. Marinov also completed the INSEAD Inter-Alpha Banking Programme in 2002.
He is fluent in English and Russian.
