BNB Registration
28.10.2009We have the pleasure to announce that as of October 28th, 2009 Interlease and its daughter company Interlease Auto have been duly registered with the Register of financial institutions of the Bulgarian National Bank as financial institutions whose main activity is financial leasing. The registration is in compliance with the provisions of the Law on Credit Institutions (published in State Gazette, issue 59th of 2006) and Ordinance № 26/dated April 23rd, 2009 on Financial Institutions issued by the Bulgarian National Bank. After registration both Interlease and Interlease Auto keep on serving their customers and operate in full accordance with the requirements of the Law on Credit Institutions and Ordinance № 26 of BNB.
