Documents required for application

Main documents required for application for corporate customers

  • Court regisrtation and amendments therein. Certificate of Actual Status, Commercial and Tax registrations, Statistical registration (BULSTAT);
  • Articles of Association;
  • Balance sheets and Profit and Loss Statements for the last three years. Interim statements if available. A true to the original income tax form, stamped and signed;
  • An offer from the vendor of the equipment / car / transportation vehicle, subject to the potential lease deal. Specification of the equipment to be leased and technology to be used;
  • Filling of standardized application form and declarations. The application form is available at Interlease office (please contact us) or at the vendors' offices that we cooperate with.

Main documents required for application Individuals

  • Application form (including declaration for marital status and income);
  • A copy of an identity card;
  • A copy of a driving licence;
  • An offer from the vendor of the automobile, subject to the potential lease deal;
  • Declaration for obligations towards the state/municipal budget, banks and other financial institutions;
  • Documents for income.
