Leasing of cars
Since July, 2002 Interlease offers financial and operating leasing of cars to corporate clients through an affiliate company - Interlease auto. Since April 2005, Interlease offers financial leasing of cars to individuals.
In order to facilitate the procedures related to the lease financing, logistics and cars registration, as well as for convenience and better communication and document exchange, Interlease auto regional branches in Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Blagoevgrad, Stara Zagora and Russe covering South and Central Bulgaria, North-East Bulgaria, South-East Bulgaria and South-West Bulgaria.
Financial lease of brand new cars
General terms and conditions of standard financial leasing deal for cars:
- Minimum downpayment: 15% of the value to lease, due upon signing of the lease contract;
- Tenor: from 1 to 5 years;
- Currency of lease payments: EUR/BGN;
- Additional collateral: generally it is not required.
Final response from Interlease shall be provided to the client within 3 working days from the date of collecting all relevant documentation from the Lessee regarding the deal.
Financial lease of second-hand (up to 1 year) cars
General terms and conditions of standard financial leasing deal for cars:
- Minimum downpayment: 25 % of the value to lease, due upon signing of the lease contract;
- Depending on the valuation of the car according to SCHWAKE catalogue, the downpayment may be increased;
- Tenor: from 1 to 4 years;
- Currency of lease payments: EUR/BGN;
- Additional collateral: generally it is not required;
Final response from Interlease shall be provided to the client within 3 working days from the date of collecting all relevant documentation from the Lessee regarding the deal.
Operating lease of cars
General terms and conditions of standard operating leasing deal for cars:
- Tenor: 3 or 4 years;
- Guarantee deposit: Interlease may require a guarantee deposit amounting up to 6 monthly rents. The guarantee deposit shall be refunded at the expiration of the contract term;
- Currency of lease payments: EUR/BGN.
VAT is due on the monthly rents. The payment schedules offered by Interlease are with equal monthly installments. Car servicing expenses, installation of alarm systems, protection devices (in case the Lessee has required installation of such devices), insurance premiums and other expenses are not included in the lease installments. These expenses may be included in the lease installments distributed equally on annual basis or paid by the client separately. There is possibility for negotiating additional services included in the lease installments.
Final response from Interlease shall be provided to the client within 3 working days from the date of collecting all relevant documentation from the Lessee regarding the deal.
